Quick Mill Modello Silvano EVO Modell 4005 セミオートマチックコーヒーマシン

I was surprised how much the dual heating system—copper boiler for brewing and thermoblock for steam—improves my workflow. The steam pressure is strong enough to texture milk perfectly even back-to-back drinks. Solid machine that delivers consistent shots without the premium price tag.

The PID temperature control really lets me dial in the perfect shot for different beans, and the steam from the thermoblock is surprisingly strong for such a compact machine. It’s a joy to use every morning.

The dual boiler setup means I can steam milk and pull shots back-to-back without waiting, which is exactly what I needed. The PID keeps the temperature rock steady, and my espresso has never tasted this consistent.
